Who might I be a good fit for?

There are times in life when you've spent so much energy managing, adapting, or taking care of what needs to be done that it's hard to know what you need yourself. I work with people across the lifespan, with particular interests in complex trauma, childhood emotional neglect, neurodivergence, and major life transitions. I also enjoy supporting middle-aged women balancing careers, parenting, caregiving, relationships, and changing seasons of life, as well as young adults finding their way into greater independence and a stronger sense of who they are.

What concerns do people commonly bring?

People often come to me feeling anxious, depressed, emotionally overwhelmed, or unsure of their own worth. Others are working through the lasting effects of trauma or chronic invalidation, trying to move beyond survival mode, or learning to understand themselves through the lens of ADHD or autism. Sometimes the work is about coping with what's difficult right now; other times, it's about understanding how earlier experiences continue to shape the way you see yourself and move through the world.

How do I tend to support people?

Warmth, compassion, and authenticity are central to how I work. I'll meet you where you are while gently encouraging growth at a pace that feels manageable. Our conversations can make room for understanding the deeper patterns behind what you're experiencing while also building practical skills you can use in everyday life. For neurodivergent clients, that means finding approaches that work with your brain rather than asking you to continually work against it.

What might it feel like to work with me?

I hope you experience a space where you can feel accepted, understood, and comfortable showing up as yourself. You don't have to minimize what you've experienced or worry about being judged for how you've learned to cope. We'll build from genuine connection and self-compassion, with room to explore who you are beneath the expectations, adaptations, and roles you've carried. My hope is that you come to trust yourself more deeply and feel increasingly free to build a life that feels authentic and meaningful to you.
