- Series Class | 4 week series, 1 hour each
- Apply movement, breath, and yogic philosophy to your life. Use the winter season's natural pull inward as a chance to slow down, reflect, and rebuild resilience, one lesson and practice at a time.
Yoga Therapy: Awaken Strength and Stability, Lower Anxiety and Stress
- Series Class | 4 week series, 1 hour each
- Anxiety, stress, and pain often feed each other, showing up as tension, poor sleep, or a racing heart. Through body, breath, and meditation, yoga therapy helps you break that cycle and build new patterns that support calm.
Mindfulness for Kids
- Series Class, ages 6 to 11 | 3 week series, 45 minutes each
- A playful introduction to mindfulness that builds focus, emotional regulation, cooperation, and self awareness through breathing, body awareness, and simple calming strategies.
