Nothing to figure out

Not everything has to be something you work on. Sometimes you can simply slow down, settle in, and see what unfolds.

CranioSacral work

See what lets go. Gentle hands-on work that gives your body time to rest and tension a chance to soften.

Reiki

Just be. Rest fully clothed while gentle touch or hands held just above the body create a quiet space to simply be.

More to explore

See what finds its way. New restorative and body-based practices will continue to make their way into the Studio.

A closer look

CranioSacral work

Stress doesn't only live in your thoughts. Sometimes you feel it in the way your body holds tension too. Craniosacral work offers a gentle hands-on way to slow things down, using light touch, often around the head, spine, and sacrum.

The practitioner works slowly and quietly while you remain fully clothed. There's nothing you need to do or figure out. You can simply settle in and give your body some time to rest.

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle practice that gives you a chance to make yourself part of the equation again. Instead of talking, thinking, or working something through, you can simply be still and receive.

You remain fully clothed while the practitioner uses light touch or holds their hands just above the body. There's nothing you need to do. It's time set aside to slow down, pay attention to how you feel, and care for yourself.

Why at Healthwise?

We've always been interested in the connection between what we think and feel and what we experience in our bodies. Talk therapy gives us a place to put things into words and understand what's happening.

These practices offer something different: a chance to step out of the conversation, slow down, and simply experience what it's like to be still.
