Who might I be a good fit for?

When a child is having a hard time, it can affect the rhythm of the whole family. I work with children, adolescents, and families navigating emotional or behavioral challenges, parenting concerns, relationship difficulties, and periods of change. Whether something new has come up or you've been trying to figure things out for a while, we can begin by understanding what's happening and what your family may need.

What concerns do people commonly bring?

Families reach out for many different reasons. A child or teen may be struggling with anxiety, depression, difficult behaviors, trauma, friendships, or changes in their confidence and emotional well-being. Parents may be looking for guidance through family transitions or wondering how to respond differently when familiar approaches don't seem to be helping.

How do I tend to support people?

Every child and family brings their own relationships, experiences, and strengths into the room, so our work will be shaped around what fits for you. I draw from relational, attachment-based, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches to build understanding, develop practical coping skills, and strengthen important connections. Together, we'll look at what's underneath the challenges while finding strategies that can make a difference in everyday family life.

What might it feel like to work with me?

I hope our time together feels nurturing, supportive, and comfortable enough to explore what's been difficult. Children and teens deserve to feel understood, and parents deserve a place where their experiences and concerns are heard, too. My goal is for your family to leave with greater understanding, stronger connections, and more confidence in navigating what comes next.
