Who might I be a good fit for?

I work with adults who are looking for support in understanding and treating a range of mental health concerns, with particular interests in anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. I also enjoy working with people navigating OCD, ADHD, trauma, postpartum mental health concerns, and other experiences that may be affecting how they feel and function day to day.

What concerns do people commonly bring?

Sometimes the first question is simply, “What’s going on, and what might help?” You may be noticing changes in your mood, anxiety, attention, sleep, or ability to manage everyday responsibilities. Others come in with questions about a diagnosis or treatment options, or because symptoms have begun to affect relationships, work, parenting, or overall well-being.

How do I tend to support people?

Good psychiatric care starts with understanding the whole picture. Through comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management, I take time to learn about your symptoms, history, preferences, and goals—not just a diagnosis. From there, we’ll talk through the options and develop a treatment plan that is practical, individualized, and designed to support your well-being over time.

What might it feel like to work with me?

You can expect a supportive, respectful conversation where questions are welcome and you have a voice in decisions about your treatment. I want you to understand your options and feel comfortable talking about what is or isn’t working. My hope is that you leave with greater clarity, confidence in the plan, and a sense that we’re working together toward what feels right for you.
