Who might I be a good fit for?
I tend to connect well with people who feel like they’ve been going through the motions and are ready to step back and look at what they want for themselves. Many of the people I work with are curious about themselves and interested in understanding how their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences in the body are connected. You don’t need to have everything figured out, just some willingness to slow down, look inward, and explore what might be ready to change.
What concerns do people commonly bring?
People often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stressed, disconnected from themselves, or caught in patterns of perfectionism and people-pleasing. We may also talk about relationships, difficult past experiences, self-compassion, emotional awareness, or finding more balance in everyday life. Sometimes the work begins with a particular concern; other times, it begins with a sense that life doesn’t feel quite the way you want it to.
How do I tend to support people?
My approach is collaborative and looks at well-being from a whole-person perspective. I draw from Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), mindfulness practices, and somatic tools to help people better understand the connections between their thoughts, emotions, physical experiences, and everyday patterns. Together, we might slow things down, notice what is happening in the present, explore what has shaped certain patterns, and practice new ways of responding to yourself and your life.
What might it feel like to work with me?
I hope our conversations feel warm, open, and free from judgment. There is room to reflect, be curious, and pay attention to what you’re experiencing without feeling like you need to have the right answer. At the heart of my work is helping people reconnect with themselves with greater understanding, self-compassion, and a clearer sense of what they need as they move forward.
