Who might I be a good fit for?
Much of my work has focused on adults and older adults navigating the emotional and physical challenges that can accompany health concerns, aging, and life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting individuals coping with chronic medical conditions, pain, stress, anxiety, and the many adjustments that can come with changes in health, independence, or daily life.
What concerns do people commonly bring?
People often seek support while managing conditions such as chronic pain, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, cancer, or cardiac and pulmonary concerns. Others come in feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, mood changes, isolation, caregiving responsibilities, or the challenges that can accompany aging and major life transitions.
How do I tend to support people?
I draw from a variety of evidence-based psychological approaches tailored to each person's needs, strengths, and goals. My background in health psychology helps me understand the complex relationship between physical health and emotional well-being. Together, we focus on strengthening coping skills, building resilience, and identifying meaningful ways to improve quality of life, regardless of age, diagnosis, or circumstance.
What might it feel like to work with me?
My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging environment where you feel respected, understood, and capable of positive change. I believe people have the capacity to continue growing throughout life, and I value helping individuals recognize their strengths while finding new ways to navigate challenges and experience greater fulfillment.
