Who might I be a good it for?
I connect especially well with thoughtful adults who may look capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, self-critical, or disconnected on the inside. I enjoy working with people who are curious about themselves and want to understand what may be underneath the patterns they keep finding themselves in. I also have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD.
What concerns do people commonly bring?
People often come to me with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, substance use recovery, or questions related to neurodivergence. Sometimes it isn't one particular concern that brings someone in, but a sense that the ways they've learned to cope aren't working as well as they once did.
How do I tend to support people?
My approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative. Rather than simply trying to change what's happening, we'll get curious about it—exploring the patterns you've developed, how your mind and body have learned to protect you, and what might serve you better now. I draw from CBT, ACT, parts work, mindfulness, somatic practices, and iRest Yoga Nidra, tailoring our work to you rather than expecting you to fit a particular approach.
What might it feel like to work with me?
You can expect a space where difficult things can be talked about openly, without losing room for humor, hope, and the strengths you already bring with you. I see you as the expert on your own life, and our conversations are a place to understand yourself with less judgment and more curiosity. Over time, my hope is that you feel more grounded, more trusting of yourself, and freer to respond to life in ways that feel meaningful and true to you.
