Who might I be a good fit for?
I welcome children, adolescents, adults, and older adults at many different stages of life. I have a particular interest in working with older adults who are navigating changes in health, relationships, roles, or routines and thinking about what brings meaning and purpose to this season of life.
What concerns do people commonly bring?
Life can bring changes and experiences that take time to understand and adjust to. You may be working through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship concerns, health challenges, or an important transition. Children and families may come in looking for support with emotions, behavior, coping skills, or the changes that naturally come with growing up.
How do I tend to support people?
A strong relationship is at the heart of how I approach therapy. We'll work together to understand the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be contributing to what's difficult while also developing practical ways to move forward. With children, I incorporate specialized play therapy techniques that give them developmentally appropriate ways to express, understand, and regulate their emotions.
What might it feel like to work with me?
I want you to feel comfortable, respected, and understood throughout our work together. There is space to explore what's difficult while also noticing your strengths and gaining a clearer understanding of yourself. My hope is that our conversations help you find greater balance, emotional well-being, and a sense of meaning in the life you're living.
