Who might I be a good fit for?
Maybe you've started to recognize patterns in your life or relationships that don't feel right anymore, but changing them has been harder than expected. I work with adults and have particular interests in ADHD, emerging adulthood, dating and singlehood, codependency, emotionally immature relationship dynamics, and complex trauma. As a neurodivergent person myself, I also enjoy helping people better understand and appreciate the ways they experience and move through the world.
What concerns do people commonly bring?
Frustration, overwhelm, and feeling stuck often bring people into therapy. You may be navigating anxiety or depression, trying to understand ADHD more fully, struggling in relationships, or noticing the effects of unhealthy relationship patterns. Shame, guilt, self-criticism, and isolation can become part of those experiences too, making it harder to trust yourself or know what you need.
How do I tend to support people?
Sometimes understanding a pattern is the first step toward changing it. I'll listen closely and work alongside you to make sense of what's happening, build greater self-compassion, and develop practical strategies that fit your life. Our conversations may focus on relationships, boundaries, recurring patterns, or learning to trust your own perspective while moving toward changes that feel sustainable and true to you.
What might it feel like to work with me?
You can bring the complicated parts here without needing to have them neatly figured out first. I want our work to feel supportive, genuine, and free from judgment, with room to explore experiences that may have been difficult to understand or talk about elsewhere. My hope is that you leave feeling more understood, more confident in yourself, and better able to make choices that reflect your values, goals, and who you authentically are.
