Who might I be a good fit for?

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families through many different seasons of life. You may be going through a difficult transition, feeling stretched by what's happening around you, or simply wanting to feel more confident in how you handle life's challenges. Our work can be a place to recognize the strengths you already have while finding new ways to cope, grow, and move forward.

What concerns do people commonly bring?

Sometimes life feels like more than we can comfortably carry on our own. Stress, changes in relationships or family life, anxiety, depression, or ongoing mental health concerns may be affecting how you feel and function day to day. Whatever is bringing you in, we'll start by understanding what's happening and what might help things feel more manageable.

How do I tend to support people?

We'll work together to identify what's important to you and develop practical ways to move in that direction. I draw from mindfulness-based approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and skills-based strategies to strengthen coping, build resilience, and support meaningful change. If faith is an important part of your life and you'd like it included, I can also incorporate Christian spirituality into our conversations.

What might it feel like to work with me?

Encouragement and collaboration are central to the space I hope to create. I want you to feel comfortable exploring what's difficult while also recognizing the strengths and abilities you bring with you. My hope is that you leave our conversations feeling more hopeful, more capable, and better equipped to navigate life's challenges with confidence.
