Who might I be a good fit for?

I especially enjoy working with older adolescents, adults, and couples who are interested in understanding themselves more deeply and making meaningful changes in their lives or relationships. You may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship challenges, or beginning to recognize patterns that have been with you for a long time but no longer feel helpful.

What concerns do people commonly bring?

Feeling stuck can take many forms. You might feel disconnected from yourself or others, overwhelmed by emotions, uncertain about what comes next, or frustrated by patterns that seem to repeat despite your best efforts. Our work may also include the effects of trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional distress, or personality-related concerns that have begun to affect your well-being and everyday life.

How do I tend to support people?

At the heart of my approach is a belief in your capacity for awareness, healing, and growth. Together, we'll explore the experiences, emotions, and patterns that have shaped how you relate to yourself and the people around you. I draw from Somatic Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic approaches, adapting our work to help you develop greater insight, emotional resilience, and new ways of moving forward.

What might it feel like to work with me?

Our conversations are a place to slow down, be curious, and explore what's happening without judgment. For individuals, that may mean developing a deeper understanding of yourself and what you need. For couples, it may mean recognizing patterns between you and finding new ways to connect. Wherever we begin, my hope is that you feel understood and supported while discovering possibilities for a life and relationships that feel more connected, fulfilling, and meaningful.
