Who might I be a good fit for?
People who are curious about themselves and open to exploring their emotional world may feel especially at home in my approach. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent clients and bring an affirming perspective that honors different ways of experiencing and moving through the world.
What concerns do people commonly bring?
People come to therapy carrying all kinds of experiences—difficult emotions, life transitions, relationship challenges, or beliefs about themselves that may no longer fit. Sometimes the work is about making sense of what has been shaped by past experiences or outside expectations and discovering what feels more true to you now.
How do I tend to support people?
My style is authentic, relational, and collaborative. I ask thoughtful, open-ended questions and take time to understand your emotions, needs, and experiences. Together, we can untangle patterns and inherited beliefs while building a stronger sense of trust in yourself and how you want to move through your life.
What might it feel like to work with me?
My hope is that you feel genuinely seen and heard, and that our conversations leave room for all of who you are. Therapy isn't about approaching you as someone who needs to be fixed. It's about recognizing the resilience and strength already within you and helping you feel more whole, empowered, and connected to yourself.
