Who might I be a good fit for?
I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and families through different seasons of life. You may be looking for a little more support, wanting to feel more confident in yourself, or hoping to better understand the emotions and experiences that have been affecting how you feel day to day. Together, we can explore what’s happening and find ways of moving forward that feel right for you.
What concerns do people commonly bring?
Sometimes things just feel harder than they usually do. You may be feeling overwhelmed, unsure of yourself, or noticing patterns in your emotions, relationships, or communication that you’d like to understand better. Therapy can offer some space to sort through what’s going on, reconnect with your strengths, and discover what might help.
How do I tend to support people?
Therapy can be a place to slow down, gain perspective, and discover different ways of approaching what’s difficult. Together, we’ll build on the strengths and supports already in your life while developing practical coping and communication skills you can use outside of therapy. Our work will focus on changes that feel meaningful to you and support greater resilience over time.
What might it feel like to work with me?
I want our time together to feel welcoming, comfortable, and supportive. You’ll have space to share your experiences without judgment while building confidence in yourself and developing new skills along the way. My hope is that you begin to recognize your own strengths and feel more equipped to navigate whatever life brings next.
