Who might I be a good fit for?

I tend to connect well with people who feel stuck in patterns they can understand intellectually but still can't seem to change. You may be self-aware, motivated, and accustomed to figuring things out, yet find yourself returning to the same cycles of anxiety, overwhelm, self-doubt, relationship struggles, or emotional reactivity. If you're curious about why change can feel so difficult and interested in understanding yourself beyond simply managing symptoms, we may work well together.

What concerns do people commonly bring?

Many people I work with have spent a long time feeling frustrated with themselves. Anxiety, trauma, ADHD, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, and long-standing patterns can all leave you wondering why knowing what to do doesn't always make doing it easier. Our work can help connect the dots between your experiences, beliefs, emotions, behaviors, and the ways your brain and nervous system have learned to respond.

How do I tend to support people?

I bring both warmth and directness to therapy. We'll look beneath what's happening on the surface and work toward understanding why certain patterns developed in the first place. I often bring neuroscience into our conversations, helping make sense of how the brain, nervous system, and past experiences shape present-day responses. That understanding can create room for less self-blame, more compassion, and practical ways to begin doing things differently.

What might it feel like to work with me?

You don't need to perform, have the right answers, or arrive with everything figured out. I want our conversations to be a place where you can be honest, feel understood, and also be challenged when it helps you grow. My hope is that you leave with a clearer understanding of yourself—not only what you're experiencing, but why—and a growing sense that change is possible. Over time, we can work toward replacing confusion and self-criticism with greater self-trust, confidence, and a life that feels more like your own.
