Who might I be a good fit for?
I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences and welcome all gender identities and expressions. Much of my work focuses on individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, and complex co-occurring concerns. I also have a special interest in supporting highly sensitive individuals and trauma survivors as they reconnect with themselves and build lives that feel more grounded, sustainable, and meaningful.
What concerns do people commonly bring?
Many people seek support when they feel disconnected from themselves, overwhelmed by stress, or caught in patterns that no longer serve them. Others are working through the effects of trauma, recovering from addiction, managing mood or anxiety concerns, or looking for ways to feel more present, resilient, and connected to their bodies and inner experiences.
How do I tend to support people?
My approach is intersectional, feminist, collaborative, and affirming. I believe healing happens through compassionate self-understanding rather than judgment, and I strive to create a space that feels empowering, relational, and authentic. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I may incorporate mindfulness practices, intuitive movement, trauma-sensitive yoga, meditation, and other body-centered approaches that support healing and self-awareness. I draw from a variety of trauma-informed modalities, including EMDR, AIR Network Model, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and iRest Yoga Nidra meditation.
What might it feel like to work with me?
People often experience me as warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of their unique experiences and identities. My goal is to help you slow down enough to hear your own wisdom, reconnect with the intelligence of your body, and develop practical ways of caring for yourself while navigating life's challenges.
