Who might I be a good fit for?
Understanding what’s happening beneath the surface can be an important part of finding a way forward. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families, with particular experience in trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and healing after infidelity. I also enjoy working with gifted individuals and families, as well as autistic individuals and those who care for them.
What concerns do people commonly bring?
Sometimes familiar patterns begin to take a toll on how you feel, how you relate to others, or how you experience everyday life. You may be working through the effects of trauma, recovering from a relationship wound, or managing anxiety or depression. Others come with questions related to giftedness or autism and are looking for a better understanding of their experiences, relationships, and needs.
How do I tend to support people?
No two people or families experience a challenge in quite the same way, so I shape our work around your particular needs, strengths, and goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches, current neurological research, and complementary therapeutic methods to help make sense of what you're experiencing and identify practical ways forward. Rather than starting with what's wrong, we'll also pay attention to the strengths and resources you already have and build from there.
What might it feel like to work with me?
Our work is a partnership. I want you to feel respected and understood while also having space to consider new perspectives and possibilities. Whether I'm working with an individual, couple, or family, my hope is that our conversations bring greater clarity, strengthen your ability to navigate what's difficult, and help you move toward the life and relationships you want to create.
