Who might I be a good fit for?

I work well with people who value a supportive, down-to-earth approach and want a comfortable place to work through what’s been feeling difficult. I especially enjoy working with people navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, emotional ups and downs, or significant changes in their lives. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin we can start with what’s happening right now.

What concerns do people commonly bring?

Sometimes people come in because something specific has become difficult to manage. Other times, they simply know they want things to feel different. Our conversations might focus on managing stress, finding more balance between work and life, communicating more effectively, strengthening relationships, or developing greater confidence in handling everyday challenges.

How do I tend to support people?

I bring compassion, curiosity, and practical tools into our work together. My approach draws from Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and DBT-informed strategies, while remaining flexible to what works best for you. We might explore what’s contributing to a challenge, practice new ways of responding, or build skills you can carry with you outside of therapy.

What might it feel like to work with me?

My hope is that you feel comfortable being yourself—heard, respected, and never judged for what you bring into the room. We’ll work together at a pace that feels manageable, making space for reflection while also finding practical ways forward. Over time, I hope our conversations help you understand yourself more deeply, trust your ability to navigate challenges, and create a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
