Who might I be a good fit for?
Life can ask a lot of us, especially during seasons of loss, change, or uncertainty. I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, disordered eating, relationship concerns, and significant life transitions. Our work may be a good fit if you want to understand what you're experiencing while building greater confidence in yourself and your ability to move through what's ahead.
What concerns do people commonly bring?
You might be feeling overwhelmed by emotions, questioning yourself more than usual, or facing something that feels too difficult to sort through alone. For others, therapy becomes a place to process a loss, make sense of a painful experience, work through relationship difficulties, or find their footing during an important change. Whatever brings you in, we can begin with where you are.
How do I tend to support people?
Your strengths and resilience are an important part of our work—not something we have to build from scratch. Together, we'll explore what's been difficult, recognize what's already helping, and develop practical ways to move toward the changes that matter to you. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Future Directed Therapy, and EMDR, adapting our approach to your experiences and goals.
What might it feel like to work with me?
Feeling heard and respected matters, especially when you're talking about things that aren't always easy to put into words. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what's happening while also recognizing the strengths you bring with you. My hope is that our conversations help you feel more confident in yourself and more empowered to move toward the person and life you want to become.
