Who might I be a good fit for?

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who are curious about themselves and looking for a clearer understanding of what they’re experiencing. You may be navigating anxiety, OCD, panic, trauma, attention or learning differences, or simply wondering why certain things feel harder than they should. Whether we’re meeting for therapy or assessment, we can begin with the questions you have and work toward greater clarity.

What concerns do people commonly bring?

Sometimes you know something is getting in the way, but you’re not quite sure what it is. People come to me with questions about ADHD, learning differences, anxiety, OCD, panic, social anxiety, tic disorders, behavioral or personality concerns, memory changes, and cognitive or emotional functioning. For some, psychological testing can help provide answers. For others, therapy offers a place to understand what’s happening and find a way forward.

How do I tend to support people?

Understanding yourself can open up new possibilities for what comes next. In therapy, I draw from mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build insight and practical skills for everyday life. I also provide comprehensive psychological, neuropsychological, and achievement assessments to clarify diagnoses, identify strengths, and guide next steps. Our work is tailored to you, with culturally informed and gender-affirming approaches that respect your experiences, identity, and goals.

What might it feel like to work with me?

You can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where your questions and experiences are taken seriously. My hope is that you come away with more than a diagnosis or explanation—you have a better understanding of yourself, greater confidence in what to do next, and practical tools that help you move toward the life you want to build.
