Medication Management

Who might I be a good fit for?

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults who want to better understand what may be contributing to how they feel, both emotionally and physically. I have particular interests in trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, chronic pain, and chronic health conditions. My approach may be especially helpful if you're looking for care that considers the whole person and the many things that can influence mental health and well-being.

What concerns do people commonly bring?

Sometimes you know you haven't been feeling like yourself, but it isn't always clear why or what might help. You may be dealing with anxiety, low mood, difficulty focusing, the effects of trauma, ongoing stress, or physical health concerns that are affecting everyday life. Others come with questions about medication or treatment options and want a place to sort through those questions and find an approach that feels right for them.

How do I tend to support people?

I look at mental and physical health as connected parts of the same picture. Medication may be one part of treatment, alongside therapy, coping skills, and other supports that contribute to long-term well-being. Depending on your needs, our conversations may also include nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, laboratory testing, cognitive behavioral strategies, and, when appropriate, genomic testing. Together, we'll consider the whole picture and develop a plan that is individualized to you.

What might it feel like to work with me?

I want you to feel heard, informed, and actively involved in decisions about your care. We'll talk openly about your options, what we're considering, and how each piece may fit into the larger treatment plan. My hope is that you leave with a clearer understanding of your mental and physical well-being and greater confidence in the path we're taking together.
