Who might I be a good fit for?
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and families who want to better understand what they're experiencing and feel more confident about the next steps. Whether you're new to medication or have been navigating mental health concerns for some time, we'll take a collaborative approach to understanding your symptoms, exploring options, and finding what best supports your well-being.
What concerns do people commonly bring?
Sometimes you notice that something has changed, your mood feels different, anxiety is taking up more space, focusing has become harder, or everyday life just isn't feeling quite like it used to. Parents and families may also come with questions about a loved one's symptoms, diagnosis, or medication and want help understanding what might be going on and how they can offer support.
How do I tend to support people?
Listening comes first. I take time to understand your experiences, concerns, and questions before we make decisions about treatment. I combine medical expertise with an individualized approach to assessment, diagnosis, and medication management, making sure you understand your options and have an active voice in the plan. Together, we'll consider what supports both your mental health and your overall well-being.
What might it feel like to work with me?
I want our conversations to feel welcoming, comfortable, and collaborative. Questions are encouraged, and you should feel heard and respected throughout the process. My hope is that you leave with a clearer understanding of what's happening, confidence in the decisions we're making, and a plan that feels right for you.
