Who might I be a good fit for?
I often work with people who want to understand themselves more fully, whether there's something specific they're working through or patterns they'd like to better understand. We pay attention to what brings you here while keeping the whole of you in view.
What concerns do people commonly bring?
People bring all kinds of things to therapy: feeling anxious or not quite like themselves, relationships that need attention, changes in health, or times when life is asking more of them than usual. Therapy gives you time to slow things down and better understand what you need.
How do I tend to support people?
I try to create a space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing without being hard on yourself for it. As we understand things more clearly, we can begin to see what might be helpful and identify your strengths as you move forward.
What might it feel like to work with me?
I am present and engaged in our conversations, thinking alongside you and contributing as we go. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and share what I'm noticing. My hope is that our work deepens your self awareness and helps you trust yourself as you navigate the life your living.
