Who might I be a good fit for?
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating a wide range of emotional, developmental, and relational challenges. I especially enjoy supporting individuals who are looking to better understand themselves, strengthen confidence, improve relationships, and develop practical tools for navigating life's difficulties.
What concerns do people commonly bring?
People often come to therapy seeking support for anxiety, emotional distress, relationship concerns, social challenges, life transitions, and difficulties related to attention, behavior, or self-esteem. I also work with individuals and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), helping them better understand their experiences and develop strategies that support daily life and long-term success.
How do I tend to support people?
My work is grounded in Adlerian principles, which emphasize encouragement, belonging, and the importance of meaningful relationships. I integrate a variety of evidence-informed approaches, including talk therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness, movement and body-centered interventions, art, play therapy, sand tray therapy, and hypnotherapy. Together, we focus on reducing symptoms, increasing self-awareness, building resilience, and creating opportunities for meaningful growth and healing.
What might it feel like to work with me?
I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and compassionate environment where people feel safe, understood, and supported. My goal is to help individuals and families recognize their strengths, develop greater confidence, and move toward healthier, more connected, and fulfilling lives.
