Who might I be a good fit for?

Change can be difficult whether you're working through something on your own or trying to navigate it within an important relationship. I support adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, or significant life transitions. Our work may also be a good fit if you're looking to understand yourself more clearly, feel more confident in how you respond to challenges, or strengthen the relationships that matter to you.

What concerns do people commonly bring?

People often arrive with a sense that something isn't working the way they'd like it to. Difficult emotions, relationship struggles, periods of uncertainty, or familiar patterns may be getting in the way of feeling connected and well. Sometimes the work is about managing what's happening right now; other times, it's about communicating differently, building healthier coping skills, or gaining a better understanding of yourself and others.

How do I tend to support people?

We'll work together to understand what's happening and find practical ways to create change. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and relational approaches, adapting our conversations to the needs of each individual, couple, or family. Along the way, we'll build insight, strengthen coping skills, and identify approaches you can carry into everyday life.

What might it feel like to work with me?

I want our conversations to feel warm, respectful, and genuinely collaborative. You'll have space to explore what's difficult while also paying attention to what matters most to you and where you'd like things to be different. With couples and families, I make room for each person's perspective so everyone has an opportunity to feel heard while we work toward stronger communication and connection.
