Who might I be a good fit for?

Life's challenges don't always happen in isolation, they can affect how we feel about ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we function day to day. I support adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, stress, grief and loss, behavioral challenges, and significant life transitions.

What concerns do people commonly bring?

You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply unsure of what to do next. For some, therapy is a place to work through difficult emotions or cope with a loss. For others, it's an opportunity to strengthen an important relationship, navigate a family change, or understand patterns that have become difficult to manage.

How do I tend to support people?

I believe change grows from a therapeutic relationship where you can be open, feel supported, and work collaboratively toward what matters to you. We'll pay attention to the strengths you already bring while exploring new perspectives and developing practical skills for everyday life. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, narrative therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and systems-based approaches, tailoring our work to you and your goals.

What might it feel like to work with me?

Feeling comfortable enough to be yourself is an important part of therapy. I aim to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard and understood while having room to explore what's difficult. Whether we're working individually, as a couple, or as a family, my hope is that our conversations help you feel encouraged and more confident in the changes you want to make.
