Medication Management

Who might I be a good fit for?

If you like to understand the “why” behind your treatment and want to be part of the decision-making process, we may work well together. Whether you’re just beginning to explore medication or have been navigating your mental health for years, I’ll meet you where you are and work alongside you to find what makes sense for you.

What concerns do people commonly bring?

Much of my work includes supporting people with ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health concerns. I also have a particular interest in perinatal mental health and work with people who are trying to conceive, pregnant, or navigating the postpartum period. Supporting people through these significant seasons of change is an especially meaningful part of my work.

How do I tend to support people?

Getting to know you means understanding more than a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. I want to know what everyday life looks like for you, including family, work, school, relationships, stressors, and the things that are going well. I’ll help you understand your diagnosis, medications, and the thinking behind different treatment options. Together, we can consider how medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, and other supports might fit into the bigger picture of your mental health.

What might it feel like to work with me?

My hope is that you feel comfortable asking questions, sharing what’s working and what isn’t, and being yourself in our conversations. I bring warmth, kindness, and curiosity to our time together, and there is room to figure things out as we go. You don’t have to arrive knowing exactly what you need. We can explore that together, with you as an active part of the decisions we make along the way.
