Who might I be a good fit for?
My practice includes children, adolescents, adults, and families through many different seasons of life. I especially enjoy supporting people who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, significant changes, or times when life simply feels more stressful or uncertain than usual.
What concerns do people commonly bring?
Relationships, emotions, and life circumstances can all become difficult at different times. You may be working through the effects of a painful experience, adjusting to a change, feeling overwhelmed, or wanting to better understand yourself and how you relate to the people around you. Sometimes therapy is simply a place to sort through what's happening and discover what might help.
How do I tend to support people?
As a marriage and family therapist, I pay attention to the relationships and connections that shape our lives. I also believe you bring strengths and abilities into therapy that can become an important part of moving forward. Together, we'll make sense of what's been difficult, build on what's already working, and find practical approaches that fit you and your life.
What might it feel like to work with me?
Warmth, empathy, and authenticity are important to how I show up in our conversations. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself, with room for encouragement, new perspectives, and even some humor along the way. My hope is that therapy feels like a genuine relationship where you can grow, heal, and feel supported through whatever season you're in.
