Who might I be a good fit for?
I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults who are looking for support through emotional challenges or wanting to feel more confident and connected to themselves. You may be navigating anxiety, depression, body image or self-esteem concerns, or exploring questions about identity, purpose, and who you want to become.
What concerns do people commonly bring?
Sometimes people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or unsure of what needs to change. You may be struggling with self-doubt, difficult emotions, relationship concerns, or a sense that you've become disconnected from your own strengths and values. Our conversations can also be a place to find greater clarity about what matters to you and what you want more of in your life.
How do I tend to support people?
I see you as the expert on your own experiences, and we'll work together to understand what's happening while building on the strengths you already have. I draw from narrative therapy, positive psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and creative approaches, depending on what fits for you. Culture, identity, and lived experience are also important parts of how I understand and approach our work together.
What might it feel like to work with me?
Warmth, curiosity, and acceptance are at the center of the space I hope to create. You can bring what's difficult without judgment while also making room to discover what's working, what matters to you, and where you want to go next. My hope is that our conversations help you feel more confident in yourself, more connected to your values, and empowered to create meaningful change in your life.
