Who might I be a good fit for?

Relationships are often part of both what challenges us and what helps us grow. I work with individuals, couples, families, and teens who are navigating stress, relationship difficulties, emotional concerns, or changes in their lives. We may be a good fit if you're interested in understanding not only what's happening, but also the patterns and interactions that may be contributing to it.

What concerns do people commonly bring?

Feeling stuck in the same patterns can be frustrating, especially when they begin to affect the relationships that matter most. People come to me with concerns about communication, family dynamics, relationship struggles, or stress that has become difficult to manage on their own. We can also look at challenges within work, family, and other important parts of your life and how they may be influencing one another.

How do I tend to support people?

I take a strengths-based, collaborative approach and look at your experiences within the larger context of your relationships and environment. Together, we'll explore patterns, recognize what's already working, and consider where something different might be helpful. From there, we can develop goals and practical strategies that fit your particular relationships, circumstances, and needs.

What might it feel like to work with me?

A strong, trusting relationship is an important part of our work together. You can expect to be respected, supported, and included in the process rather than told what you should do. You bring the expertise of knowing your own life; I'll bring perspective, questions, and guidance as we work toward the changes and relationships that matter most to you.
