She brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to the intake process, helping clients understand their options, answer questions, and get connected with a provider who fits what they're looking for.

Known for her warm and compassionate demeanor, Mai helps people feel at ease with their first interaction. She understands that reaching out for support can sometimes feel overwhelming and works to make the process feel clear, organized, and personal.

Mai also works closely with providers and the Healthwise team to coordinate new client referrals, availability, and next steps. Her goal is to make getting started feel straightforward and reassuring while helping clients find the right place to begin.
