Who might I be a good fit for?
There are seasons when life can feel out of balance or when questions about meaning, direction, and what comes next begin to take up more space. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, difficult transitions, or periods of uncertainty. You may also be looking for a greater sense of connection to yourself and a clearer understanding of what feels meaningful in your life.
What concerns do people commonly bring?
Stress can build slowly, or something can happen that changes how life feels altogether. You may find yourself caught in familiar patterns, struggling with emotions that feel difficult to manage, processing a loss, or navigating challenges in an important relationship. Sometimes people simply feel disconnected from themselves and aren't quite sure how to find their way back.
How do I tend to support people?
Our work can make room for both what's happening in your life today and the experiences that have helped shape who you are. I bring together mindfulness-based therapy, psychodynamic perspectives, and practical mind-body strategies to help you recognize patterns, understand yourself more deeply, and discover healthier ways of responding to what's difficult. We'll begin where you are and work together toward what feels meaningful to you.
What might it feel like to work with me?
Trust and genuine connection are at the heart of how I approach therapy. I want our conversations to offer enough space to slow down, explore what's happening, and consider new perspectives without judgment. My hope is that over time you feel more connected to yourself and more able to move through life with a sense of peace, purpose, and possibility.
