Who might I be a good fit for?

I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults through different stages of life. That might mean helping a child with big feelings, a teen figuring out who they are, or an adult navigating a major change. I have particular interests in women’s mental health, career burnout, divorce and co-parenting, ADHD and autism, and helping athletes and parents navigate the pressures that can come with sports.

What concerns do people commonly bring?

Adults often come in feeling overwhelmed by work or family, questioning what comes next, or trying to find their footing as roles and relationships change. I work with concerns including anxiety, parenting, career burnout, people-pleasing, perfectionism, grief, divorce, co-parenting, and empty nesting.

With children and teens, we might work on big feelings, anxiety, friendships, family changes, school or sports stress, and emotional regulation. Therapy can help kids and teens better understand themselves, build confidence and coping skills, and feel more comfortable being who they are.

How do I tend to support people?

I believe feeling understood and accepted matters. My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative. We’ll look together at what’s going on, build on what’s already working, and find ways to move through the things that feel harder.I’ve made a significant career change myself, so I understand that new beginnings can hold both uncertainty and possibility. Whatever brings you in, we can make sense of it together and find a way forward that feels right for you.

What might it feel like to work with me?

I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up as yourself. We can talk, explore, and figure things out together, at a pace that feels comfortable. There’s room for the hard things, for laughter, and for noticing the small wins along the way. My hope is that over time, you feel more confident, more connected, and more comfortable being yourself.
